We currently ship to customers in the United States and selected international destinations. Availability may vary depending on local import regulations, carrier coverage, or product type. If your location is not supported, you may be unable to complete checkout, or we may contact you regarding cancellation and refund options.

Carriers

We work with trusted shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other regional carriers to deliver orders safely and efficiently. The carrier selected may depend on package dimensions, weight, destination, and service level chosen at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Because many of our products include precision engine model kits, collectible display items, metal mechanical components, RC parts, and DIY assembly sets, some orders may require additional inspection or secure packaging.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak seasons, product launches, or promotional events, processing may take longer.

Packaging

We carefully package all orders to help protect delicate components, display parts, electronic accessories, and collectible items during transit. Packaging may include reinforced boxes, foam inserts, protective wrapping, or compartmentalized internal support materials.

Special packaging requests may be available for an additional charge when applicable.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping service. Applicable taxes or duties may be shown separately where required.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $180.00 or more. The subtotal after discounts or promotional codes must remain $180 or higher to qualify.

Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping, oversized items, signature service, or premium protective packaging.

International Orders

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs inspections may occasionally delay delivery timelines.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor shipment progress.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment, suite, building, or unit numbers, and provide a valid phone number when required.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If an order is returned due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items

If your package is lost, arrives incomplete, or is damaged during transit, please contact us promptly and include:

Clear photos of the outer packaging
Clear photos of the inner packaging
Photos of damaged or missing components
A description of the issue

We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution under our Refund & Return Policy, which may include replacement parts, replacement items, partial refund, or full refund where applicable.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer when the shipment is handed to the carrier. However, we will reasonably assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues whenever possible.

Additional Fees for Insurance or Special Packaging

Some high-value collectibles, fragile metal engine models, or limited-edition products may require shipping insurance or upgraded protective packaging. Any additional charges will be clearly shown before payment.
